All adults 50 and older need a colonoscopy
All women 40-65 need a mammogram every 1-2 years
Stay up to date with the flu vaccine. It is not a live virus and cannot give you the flu. It reduces your chances of catching the flu 50-80% and if you still catch the flu, your symptoms are greatly reduced.
Women ages 21-65 should obtain a pap smear every 3 years, unless abnormal pap smears obtained in the past (may be more frequent).
A Tdap (tetanus, diptheria, pertussis) vaccine is recommended every 10 years.
